用 途:
ZNP系列盤(pán)式濃縮機(jī)主要用于制漿造紙行業(yè)對(duì)低濃漿料的洗滌、濃縮。其工作原理是依靠盤(pán)面濾網(wǎng)外漿位與盤(pán)內(nèi)白
水水位差進(jìn)行重力脫水;濃度為0.8~1.2%的漿料進(jìn)入漿槽后被吸附在扇盤(pán)上，盤(pán)內(nèi)白水由導(dǎo)水溝流向空心軸兩端排出墻板外。盤(pán)面漿料則由高壓水沖刷剝落，當(dāng)漿料液
位高于調(diào)節(jié)閥閘板時(shí)溢流至出漿槽內(nèi)排出，出漿濃度約為3~4%。出漿濃度和生產(chǎn)能力可由主軸的轉(zhuǎn)速來(lái)調(diào)節(jié)。
結(jié)構(gòu)特點(diǎn):
生產(chǎn)效率高，占地面積小。 盤(pán)扇由不銹鋼焊接而成，具有良好的耐腐蝕性。 由于脫水盤(pán)的扇形結(jié)構(gòu)，過(guò)濾面積大，運(yùn)轉(zhuǎn)時(shí)可過(guò)濾大量 的白水。
釋出的白水濃度比圓網(wǎng)濃縮機(jī)低。
Application:
ZNP series disc thickener is mainly used to wash and thicken stock in pulping
and paper-making process. Its working principle is to dewa- ter by gravity
through the level difference between stock out of disc wire and white water in
the disc. The pulp at the consistency of 0.8~1.2% enters into the vat, then it
is attached to disc sector. The white water in the disc flows to the ends of
hollow shaft through guide slot and then discharges out. Stock attached on disc
sector is knocked off by high-pressure shower. When the stock level is higher
than the gate plate of adjusting valve, stock overflows into outlet chamber from
where it is discharged out in the consistency of 3-4%. The outlet consistency
and capacity can be adjusted by rotating speed of main shaft.
Design Features:
Higher efficiency and less space required.
Discs are made of stainless steel with excellent corrosion resistance. Due to
the structure of disc sector, the filtering area is large, allowing filtrating
large amount of white water when operating.
Compared with the consistency by the common cylinder wire thick- ener, the
consistency of white water filtrated is lower.
